Time To Act On Obesity
We would like to introduce you to a video that as a group we both found helpful and useful in our weight loss journeys.
Are we ever totally in control of our weight? Are there factors that we have no control over? As a society and as individuals we have a responsibility for our health. But, there are factors that affect our health that we have no control over.
This video examines an idea called 'SET POINT' and looks at how our body reacts to dieting and weight gain/loss.
